Global Program Manager / Co-Founder

Özgür, a distinguished graduate from the law department, embarked on a multifaceted career as an academician specialising in Roman law. His journey led him to become the CFO and COO of TDX Consulting, a global consulting company, and he now serves as a DEI program manager and co-founder, blending his legal, financial, and operational expertise with a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Nadire, a seasoned industrial engineer with a remarkable 25-year career in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, has transitioned her expertise to a global consulting company. In her current role as the DEI Director, she's leading the charge in developing and implementing a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program, leveraging her extensive industry experience to foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
