OUR STORY
As a global implementation consulting company, our journey has always revolved around people. We've been dedicated to supporting individuals and organisations worldwide through change management projects. Our commitment to facilitating successful transformations has been the driving force behind our work. Still, we realised that a significant change needed to happen on a broader scale – the transformation towards a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world.
Our DEI Implementation Program is a natural extension of our core values and expertise. It's a testament to our unwavering belief that people are at the heart of any transformation, including the vital transformation towards a more inclusive and equitable society.

Onur Metin
Global Program Director
Onur Metin is the People Excellence Director at TDX Consulting and Business Partner for the Workplace in Action® program. With over 20 years of international experience in HR, recruitment, and intercultural consulting, he supports organisations in building inclusive workplace cultures through strategy, training, and transformation. His work focuses on equity, belonging, and sustainable people development across global contexts.
Denir Goenner
Global Executive Partner
Denis Gönner is a seasoned international management consultant with over 25 years of experience across the automotive, manufacturing, and financial services sectors. He has held senior leadership roles at global firms including SAP, Hitachi Consulting, and Proudfoot. Currently, he is the Founder of GreenGalaxy and serves as Global Executive Partner at TDX Consulting, supporting the Workplace in Action® program. With expertise in team leadership, strategic growth, and sales enablement, Denis combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for driving innovation, ESG, and inclusive workplace transformation. He operates from both Germany and Estonia.
Ozgur Abanoz
Global Program Manager / Co-Founder
Özgür, a distinguished graduate from the law department, embarked on a multifaceted career as an academician specialising in Roman law. His journey led him to become the CFO and COO of TDX Consulting, a global consulting company, and he now serves as a DEI program manager and co-founder, blending his legal, financial, and operational expertise with a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Nadire Ercan
Global Program Director
Nadire, a seasoned industrial engineer with a remarkable 25-year career in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, has transitioned her expertise to a global consulting company. In her current role as the DEI Director, she's leading the charge in developing and implementing a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program, leveraging her extensive industry experience to foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
