People Excellence® 1st Anniversary Gift Campaign – Terms and Conditions

This campaign is exclusively developed and managed by TDX Consulting. By applying to this campaign, your organization is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions stated below.

The gifts offered within the scope of this campaign are designed to support organizations in advancing their efforts in inclusive culture, equitable recruitment, procurement efficiency, and inclusive language development.

All free or discounted services are subject to a separate service proposal, and the delivery of any service is conditional upon the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Service Agreement, even if the service is offered at no cost.

TDX Consulting reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel any part of this campaign or its related services at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Important Dates and Application Conditions
 

You will be notified whether your organization has been selected to receive the requested gift within 15 days of submitting your application.

After approval, the Service Agreement must be signed within 15 days of notification.

 

The campaign is valid until September 19, 2025. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.

 

Eligibility Criteria
Offers are valid only for companies with more than 100 direct employees, unless otherwise specified.

Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to third parties.

1. Inclusive Culture Perception Survey for Leaders – At No Cost
An internal survey for up to 100 leaders, evaluating perceptions of inclusion and inclusive leadership within the company.
A leadership perception index and a detailed report will be delivered.

2. Inclusive Recruitment Assessment – 50% Discount
A strategic review of your organization’s recruitment processes, evaluated through the lens of equity and inclusion.
🔹 A detailed proposal will be provided and a 50% discount will be applied.
🔹 Offer request deadline: September 19, 2025
🔹 Limited to 15 companies

3. Inclusive Culture Perception Full Survey – 20% Discount
A comprehensive analysis of employee perceptions regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), covering organizational culture and leadership alignment.
🔹 A detailed proposal will be provided and a 20% discount will be applied.
🔹 Offer request deadline: September 19, 2025
🔹 Limited to 30 companies

4. WiA Network Corporate Membership (1 Year) – 10% Discount
Join the global WiA (Workplace in Action®) Inclusive Culture Network with an annual 10% discount on corporate membership.
🔹 A proposal will be prepared based on your organization’s needs.

🔹 Limited to 50 companies

5. Procurement Efficiency Assessment by TDX – At No Cost
An analysis of your company’s procurement systems, identifying efficiency gaps and providing a high-level improvement report.
🔹 Available only to companies with over 2,000 employees
