Workplace in Action® DEI Program Flow

Our DEI journey began with initiatives such as organizational design, supporting female employees, and addressing issues like the glass ceiling syndrome and challenges faced by disabled individuals. These efferots become an collective systematic approach and let us create end to end DEI implementation program.


Observing that DEI efforts in Türkiye and globally were often fragmented and one-dimensional, we felt the need for a comprehensive, integrated program. As a global company, we aimed to meet the rising demand for DEI practices, particularly in the US, UK, and Australia, while also advancing DEI efforts in Türkiye.


Being a member of WEP's, BADV, and the Global Compact, we have always been deeply committed to DEI. In 2023, we made our DEI efforts more systematic and measurable with KPIs. We enhanced the social aspects with our psychologists and sociologists and the structural aspects with our consultants, developing a robust program to support global NGO practices.


Leveraging our management consultancy expertise, we launched our global DEI application and certification program under the Workplace in Action® for DEI brand in October 2023. This program offers a comprehensive, end-to-end DEI structure, tracked with KPIs, tailored to each company’s needs.


Workplace in Action® program develops sustainable DEI structures to help businesses implement diversity, equity, and inclusion. 


We have established preliminary agreements with various firms in countries like the USA, Australia, Norway, Greece, and Germany, with ongoing negotiations with others. 


Over 100 companies expressed interest in joining the Workplace in Action program during the three-month pre-application period. We plan to train +200,000 people by 2030.
